At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled by you or MaidsOne LLC. You may cancel your Subscription renewal via your account settings or by contacting customer support.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, and valid payment method details. By submitting this payment information, you authorize MaidsOne LLC to charge all applicable Subscription fees.
If automatic billing fails, MaidsOne LLC will attempt to collect the payment until successful and may issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment by a specified due date.
MaidsOne LLC may offer a free trial of the Subscription for a limited time ("Free Trial"). To sign up for a Free Trial, you must provide billing information, but no charges will occur until the Free Trial expires. On the last day of the Free Trial, if you have not canceled, you will be charged the Subscription fees based on the plan you selected.
MaidsOne LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel Free Trials at any time without notice.
MaidsOne LLC reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. MaidsOne LLC will notify you of any changes to allow time for cancellation before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
Refunds are only available for charges made in the 30 days preceding a request, unless specified otherwise for certain purchases. Please contact customer support for refund inquiries.
The Service allows you to post, share, and make available information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the Content you post.
By posting Content, you warrant that you own the rights to the Content or have appropriate permissions and that the Content does not violate any laws or rights of others. You retain your rights to the Content but grant MaidsOne LLC the right to use, modify, and display the Content.
MaidsOne LLC may monitor and edit user Content but is not obligated to do so. Content found on the Service is the property of MaidsOne LLC and may not be used without permission.
When creating an account, you must be over 18 and provide accurate and current information. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any security breaches.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia. Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with Virginia law.
